This role offers the opportunity to join an established team where you will play an important role Providing legal advice within your area of expertise to clients and the Firm and assist in the business development in the Commercial Property Team COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICTOR PETERBOROUGH CAMBS, OFFICE BASED £45000 - £50,000 Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.30pm Key responsibilities for the Commercial Property Solicitor: You will be responsible for: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial freehold and leasehold properties; Handling landlord and tenant issues; Dealing with commercial leasing matters such as grants of new leases, renewals, extensions, and assignments; and Providing advice to both borrowers and lenders on property finance arrangements. Maintaining the highest standards of legal practice while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Taking responsibility for ongoing professional development by completing relevant CPD and proactively identifying any areas for further training. Meeting financial performance targets in relation to time recording and billing, while effectively managing client accounts and overseeing credit control where required. Working independently as a competent fee earner, whilst also contributing positively as part of the wider team. Supporting the continued growth of the team and firm by attending networking opportunities, building relationships with key contacts and referrers, and developing your professional reputation. Demonstrating a strong commitment to client care by building lasting relationships and always acting in the best interests of clients. Skills and experience We re looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who has the following: Demonstrates strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of Commercial Property law. Shows a proactive interest in staying up to date with developments in legislation, practice, and procedures. Communicates clearly and effectively in plain English, both in writing and verbally. Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain & Planner role: To drive and deliver best practice in demand planning and procurement process, in order to optimize the customer needs OTIF. Support of Procurement Manager and Materials Controller with all daily activities to enable the delivery of the procurement sourcing strategy in line with the KM business growth plan. Liaising with Suppliers and Distributors to negotiate best value and service for the business. To Identify and implement process improvements and make appropriate recommendations for innovative solutions in our supply chain. Ensure effective control and risk management of stocks.
