Senior D365 BC Consultant Remote, with client travel as and when needed (Must be UK based) 70,000 to 80,000 per annum We are working with an ambitious and growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner, who due to continued growth, are looking for an experienced Senior Business Central Consultant to join the team and play a key role in delivering multiple end-to-end Business Central implementations. Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid options available - must be in based in the UK) Salary: up to 85,000 depending on experince Type: Permanent, Full-time - The Role: Are you an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with end-to-end functional expertise across Business Central and a background working within a Microsoft Partner environment? In this role you will play a key role in delivering full-suite Business Central implementations, upgrades, and optimisations, working closely with customers, developers, and project teams in a fast-paced, delivery-focused consultancy setting. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across all core modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Warehousing Run discovery workshops to understand end-to-end business processes and translate requirements into functional solution designs Configure Business Central across the full application suite, ensuring cross-module consistency and data integrity Act as the functional lead, working closely with developers to deliver extensions, integrations, and ISV solutions Support data migration activities, including scoping, validation, reconciliation, and user sign-off Plan and execute testing phases (SIT, UAT), supporting defect triage and resolution Deliver user training, documentation, and go-live support across all functional areas Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing best-practice guidance and continuous improvement recommendations Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Senior Business Central Consultant or similar role Strong hands-on experience across all Business Central modules, not limited to finance-only implementations Experience working within a Microsoft Partner / consultancy environment, delivering multiple client projects Demonstrated experience delivering multiple BC implementations or major upgrade projects Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module flows Confident running workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders Experience working with ISVs, integrations, and third-party solutions Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills Desirable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications Experience working with multiple industries (e.g. manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services) Exposure to Power Platform, APIs, or Azure integrations Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models

Senior C++ Software Engineer Salary: up to 65,000 Location: Cambridgeshire Working Environment: On-Site (there is flexibility to WFH but ideally want someone who enjoys working with the team on-site) The company is operating at the bleeding edge of the telecoms industry, developing products that are able to provide coverage where other large telco companies don't. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have opportunities to work across all of their products but with a focus on new feature development for their 5G product, which is used by law enforcement, private networks, safety critical applications and more! You will be working across the entire SDLC, programming predominantly in C++ on Linux OS but may also have the chance to dip into embedded components of the product, which are being programmed in C on RTOS. D365 Test Manager London based (Hybrid working) 90,000 to 110,000 per annum + benefits This is an opportunity to be part of a multi-year, global transformation initiative focused on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across multiple regions, where as a D365 Test Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the businesses Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. You will lead the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for the Programme, working closely with development partners, internal technology teams, and global stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in automated testing, ERP quality frameworks, and enterprise-scale delivery, you will drive continuous improvement across development, deployment, and run activities. What you will bring: Deep understanding of the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations technical stack with previous hands-on coding experience in a global organisation. Strong programming experience including X , D365 technical frameworks, SDKs, and .NET. Proficiency with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices. Experience delivering D365 in a global context , including ISVs, left-shift architecture, and solution design considerations. Strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing using Tosca.
