Cloud Lead (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP) We are seeking an experienced Cloud Lead with deep expertise as a Kubernetes SME , and hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP . This role will play a critical part in leading the next phase of our global cloud transformation . Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead and SME for cloud networking, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Lead cloud architecture and transformation initiatives across a global business Design, validate, and govern cloud-native and hybrid architectures Provide hands-on technical leadership while vetting solutions and designs Lead and influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders Drive best practices in security, scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation Support and mentor engineering teams, setting technical direction and standards Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to align cloud strategy with business goals Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Cloud Lead / Principal / Architect Strong expertise in Kubernetes (design, operations, scaling) Deep understanding of ASN and cloud networking Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP Experience delivering large-scale cloud transformation programmes Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Ability to bridge technical depth and business strategy Experience working in hybrid cloud environments Working Model Hybrid working : Weekly on-site presence Location : West Midlands
