Due to an internal transfer we're currently looking for a Shift Electrician to work within a hospital environment in Stone, Kent We are seeking an experienced Shift Electrician to join our facilities team within a busy hospital in Stone, Kent. This is a crucial role ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems across the site. You will be responsible for planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards. We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Engineer to support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of water systems within a hospital environment. This role is critical in ensuring patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all healthcare water systems. You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, monitoring, and remedial works of hot and cold water systems, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and best practice. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine monitoring, testing, and inspection of hot and cold water systems, including temperature checks, flushing, and sampling Manage Legionella control measures in line with HTM 04-01, HSG274, ACOP L8, and local healthcare policies Inspect, maintain, and disinfect water storage tanks, calorifiers, TMVs, and associated plant Complete chlorination, disinfection, and remedial works where required Accurately record test results, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation Respond to reactive maintenance issues and water-related incidents Liaise with Estates, Infection Prevention & Control (IPC), contractors, and clinical teams as required Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and hospital procedures Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in water treatment within healthcare or high-risk environments Strong knowledge of Legionella control and water hygiene best practice Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HTM 04-01, HSG274, and ACOP L8 Experience maintaining hot & cold water systems, tanks, calorifiers, and TMVs Ability to complete accurate records and compliance reports Good communication skills and the ability to work in occupied clinical environments Full UK driving licence (if role includes multiple sites) Qualifications (Essential / Desirable) City & Guilds or equivalent in Water Treatment / Plumbing / Mechanical Engineering, minmum Level 1 plumbing certificate Legionella Awareness or Control of Legionella certification Water Hygiene / Chlorination certification For more details or to apply, please call Liam Hargate at Coyles

Location: West Midlands Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 16:00/30 PM Pay Rate: £26-£32 per hour Start Date: ASAP Applicants must have prison clearance ideally up to Cat B or higher. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality mental health care to inmates, including assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of prisoners' mental health needs. • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of inmates. • Manage a caseload, adhering to prison protocols and procedures. • Maintain a high standard of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and the custody, storage, and administration of drugs. Mandatory Requirements: • Current RMN qualification with active registration. • Valid prison clearance already acquired. • Strong background in prison-based mental health services. • Excellent communication, risk assessment, and crisis intervention skills. • Ability to work independently and adapt to a secure setting. Role Summary: As a Maintenance Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned and Remedial works within wards, communal areas, offices, break out areas and wash rooms. This role requires a positive person, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
