Here, You'll Go Beyond Numbers We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us who is comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes. What you'll be doing Website Content & Search Assisting with the day-to-day management of the website and implementing new development features. Creation of web pages on brand website to help support the day-to-day content schedule. Working with the digital team to improve website visibility and search rankings by implementing on page, off page, and technical SEO recommendations, including content optimisation, keyword research and targeting. Previous experience preferred but not essential. Supporting with our paid media strategy for PPC (Google Ads and Bing Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Meta). Previous experience preferred but not essential. Social Media Assist with the managing of multiple social platforms, working across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Write high quality social media captions, using your knowledge to create informative and engaging content Create and resize social media and content imagery and videos for use across our channels. Provide insight and proactive suggestions for improving engagement. Campaigns Support the marketing team in bringing campaigns to life, from initial ideas and channel output, through to delivery, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of industries and services. Participate in planning and preparing engaging content aligned with strategy. Contribute to campaign reporting by using analytics for campaign reviews. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing . Working in collaboration with the wider digital team to analyse digital data to enhance digital performance and outcomes. What We're Looking For 2.1 degree level or equivalent in a marketing or business related subject. At least 1 year of Marketing experience, preferably within the digital field. Familiarity in marketing software and tools e.g. social marketing platforms, analytics tools Time management and ability to multitask. Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills. Good presentation skills. Builds strong relationships across teams.
