Overall Purpose: The Project Automation Engineer will be responsible for the engineering, design, integration, testing and commissioning of automation projects throughout the entire project life-cycle. Key Duties: Interpret client's requirements, to design, engineer, integrate, test, and deliver the solution in a professional and timely manner. Interface with customers on all technical elements and schedules. Produce specifications / drawings and agree with customers. Drive projects to achieve an "on-time" project delivery, within budget. Engage with subcontractors and external suppliers for the delivery of projects. Comply with the QHSE procedures and responsibilities of the Company. Designing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in automaton projects. Project engineering, configuration, integration, and test. Integrate and configure software, hardware, communications, and external devices. Assist in the preparation and approvals of bills of materials and manufacturing drawings and where necessary interface with suppliers. Prepare project documentation such as design specifications, factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests and operation and maintenance manuals. Participate in project meetings and assist in the scheduling of activities. Undertake FAT, SAT, site installation and commissioning activities where necessary. Develop additional engineering skills and expertise where required to support the capability of the Company to deliver full turnkey Substation Automaton Systems and advanced Smart Grid solutions. Deliver external training on products and tools. Key Requirements: ONC/HNC in Electrical / Electronic / Software Engineering, or related subject. Proven track record of delivering projects, preferably within SCADA and Automaton sectors. Knowledge of communications systems and SCADA protocols such as Modbus, DNP, and IEC 61850. Experience of implementation using PLC logic. Experience of configuration of Zenon HMI software would be advantageous. Software and IT systems background would be advantageous The Package: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum depending on experience. Hybrid working option. Holidays: 25 + English bank holidays. Overall Purpose: In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the engineering stores , ensuring materials, parts, and equipment are always available to support smooth production. You'll oversee the organisation of the stores area, keeping stock levels accurate and well maintained. Key Duties: Stock & Inventory Management - Monitoring and controlling engineering stock levels, carrying out regular stock takes, and keeping inventory records up to date. Ordering - Liaising with suppliers and ordering parts/spares, and identifying opportunities to streamline costs or improve supply reliability. Process & Compliance - Improving & implementing efficient systems for stock control, completing the necessary paperwork, and making sure processes align with company and regulatory standards. Quality Assurance - Inspecting incoming deliveries to confirm they meet requirements and are free from damage. Continuous Improvement - Maintaining the smooth running of the stores department while introducing new ideas and practices to make it more effective and efficient. Key Requirements: Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Background in a similar stores or support role. Some technical/engineering knowledge would be preferred but not essential. FLT License preferred but not essential (will fund if required). Good IT skills and strong communicator

Overall Purpose: The Team Leader is responsible for managing the shift in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs)targets - OEE/Scrap/OTIF/Quality standards /Throughput and productivity. To provide management and leadership to enable team members to achieve their individual targets. Key Duties: Work as part of the production management team on agreed objectives with other team leaders and the Production manager. Provide daily guidance and enforce the safety policies, procedures and guidelines as set out by the Company. Liaise with toolroom staff to ensure correct tooling is available. Ensure informative handover is effectively communicated to succeeding team leader. Ensure teams channel is updated with shift information. Ensure production KPI targets are understood and achieved. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in area and plant in line with 5S principles. Utilise labour, equipment, plant and materials in the most effective manner. Prioritise work through production processes in conjunction with production plan. Opening & shutting plant down - Ensure start up procedures are followed. Ensure high standard of goods produced in line with product specification and quality standards Ensure relevant production information is entered via SAP. Operate machines adjusting processes to optimise quality. Involvement in specific projects where required. Implement, in conjunction with quality dept improved quality initiatives. Assist in training and development of staff. Key Requirements: Exposure to a manufacturing environment. Ideally hold a Team Leading Qualification/NVQ. Team Leading Experience. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Knowledge of ERP system. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Package: 32,907.32 per annum. 3 shift pattern: 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM & 10PM-6AM on rotation. 40 hrs per week. Company pension scheme. Life assurance EAP. 24 days holiday + bank holidays.
