Assist in training and development of staff. Key Requirements: Exposure to a manufacturing environment. Ideally hold a Team Leading Qualification/NVQ. Team Leading Experience. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Knowledge of ERP system. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Package: 32,907.32 per annum. 3 shift pattern: 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM & 10PM-6AM on rotation. 40 hrs per week. Company pension scheme. Life assurance EAP. 24 days holiday + bank holidays.
