Key responsibilities will include: Welcoming and engaging with prospective purchasers on site Managing enquiries, viewings and follow-up activity Converting leads into reservations and sales Guiding customers through the purchasing process Achieving and exceeding sales targets Maintaining accurate records and keeping CRM systems up to date Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, sales teams and other key stakeholders Ensuring the show home and sales environment are presented to the highest standard Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales journey About You We are looking for someone who is confident, driven and passionate about property sales, with previous experience within new homes or residential property sales. You will ideally have: Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant A proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer service skills The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team A proactive and results-driven approach A professional and personable manner Availability to work Thursday to Monday What's on Offer?
