We are looking for a Trainee Paraplanner for an expanding Wealth Management company based in Weston-Super- Mare. The Trainee Paraplanner plays a crucial role in the wealth management business supporting the overall delivery of the advice process from both a technical and practical aspect. Salary £32,000-£39,000 +benefits Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday Duties will include: Prepare the drafting of suitability letters for the advisers. Ensure the back-office data is accurate and up to date and all necessary client service reminders in place and adhered to. Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Communicate with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Organise and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared in advance of such meetings. Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other Team members to ensure best practice and exemplary client service. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred ideally with a Level 4 qualification/ working towards or prepared to undertake Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in IT applications Outlook , Excel and Apple. Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data accurately. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
