Your new role As a Habitat Banks Manager, you will play a key role in leading the creation and management of Habitat Banks across the South of England, reporting into the Head of Land. The Role As HMO Licencing Manager, you will take ownership of all licensing and compliance requirements across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role combining compliance oversight, team management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure properties meet all HMO and statutory regulations.
