Working Hours Continental shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off. 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts. 12-hour shifts. Hand over information to the next shift. Experience working in a production environment. Ability to check equipment for defects and replace the basic parts. Problem-solving skills (like fixing a minor machine issue). Attention to safety. Good communication skills. Salary & Benefits Annual salary: 38,951.30 (including a 23.5% shift premium). Take ownership of your work and aren't afraid to dive into tough challenges Follow processes and safety standards closely, with a strong focus on keeping things safe and running right Ability to contribute to a positive team culture to achieve shared goals Be genuinely curious about finding better ways to keep equipment running smoothly.
