This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering full training and support through a structured program to help new starters learn every stage of the production process and settle into their role quickly. Key Details Location: Dereham Hours: 06:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm The Role You'll be part of a skilled production team working on the door manufacturing line. The role involves assembling, wrapping, and preparing products for further processing. Teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability are essential, as the production line relies on efficiency similar to a pit crew - everyone plays a key role in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely. Follow training plans and production workflows. Work to targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards. Assist in various production areas as required after training. Carry out quality checks and follow company procedures. Skills & Requirements Excellent attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work under time pressure. Competent with measuring tools (tape measure, calliper). Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
