Duties and Responsibilities: Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Evaluate systems and make recommendations for improvements and solutions. Carry out preventative maintenance on customer sites in line with recommended procedures. Talk with customers and understand their needs, communicating the requirements and timeline for their system plan. Work with a team to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently.
