The Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive to join a well-known food brand based in Nottingham. As this business expands its reach across social and digital, they are looking for a creative, proactive talent to help them lead that charge. This will be an opportunity to own the organic content strategy for Instagram and Facebook, while also producing engaging video content for all digital channels - including Meta, TikTok (video only), YouTube Shorts, Paid Ads, and on-site. This hybrid role is ideal for a well-rounded creative with strong experience in both social media management and video content creation. You will be the bridge between the brand storytelling and the content that drives engagement and conversions across channels. Location: Nottingham (1 day WFH) Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 Key Responsibilities Social Media Management - Instagram & Facebook Lead day-to-day management of Instagram and Facebook channels and build and maintain a strategic content calendar in line with brand, product and seasonal campaigns Manage community engagement - reply to comments, monitor DMs, and foster conversation Collaborate with the paid media team to optimise organic content for ads when required Monitor and report on key metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and sentiment and Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and competitor content to guide innovation Video Production - All Digital Channels Plan, film, and edit short-form video content to be used across TikTok (video only), Meta, Paid Ads, YouTube Shorts, and on-site Work with internal stakeholders to develop briefs and execute video campaigns and translate brand and product messaging into compelling video stories Manage end-to-end production - shooting, editing, sound, lighting (with support where needed) Repurpose footage for multiple placements and formats and maintain a content archive for reuse and seasonal planning Reporting & Collaboration Report monthly on content performance, engagement, and reach across Instagram and Facebook Support broader brand and product campaigns with agile, reactive content when required About You You will be an experienced Social Media Executive who has worked in a similar hybrid style role or across both social media and video content creation, ideally in an ecommerce environment. You will have proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook brand accounts and be skilled in filming and editing content for digital and social platforms. It would be a bonus to have familiarity with TikTok video content, even if not managing the account itself. This role would suit a creative mindset with strong attention to storytelling, pacing, and platform trends and strong communication skills with a good eye for brand tone.
