From troubleshooting issues to configuring networks and installing solutions, no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include: Providing on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, servers, and networks Supporting and managing VMware/Hyper-V environments and Windows Server systems Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs Conducting hardware and software installations, updates, and backups Troubleshooting complex IT issues with professionalism and efficiency Supporting AV equipment and device imaging where required This role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of technologies, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the company.
