Within this exciting and evolving landscape, an opportunity has arisen to join our co-located, multi-agency child and family services as a Therapeutic Intervention Worker within our Edge of Care Service. This is a key role within the Exploitation and Adolescence element of Edge of Care, providing structured, longer-term therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and carers following a period of crisis or disruption. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary, trauma-informed team, the post holder will deliver evidence-based direct work to promote emotional recovery, relational repair, and long-term placement stability We are looking for a highly skilled worker with experience of working with families on the edge of care or within intensive family intervention services. You will contribute to a psychologically informed environment that supports recovery from trauma, builds resilience, and strengthens the capacity of carers to meet the complex needs of adolescents at risk of exploitation, placement breakdown, or care entry.
