Direct promo execution on the market. Train and coach the distribution partner staff. Distribute and manage POS. Acquire new independent retailers for the profile defined. Distribute stock lines per outlet to the mix required. Distribute POS material and merchandising to existing stockists and new outlets as directed. Support the appointed distributor with promotional activity as agreed. Communicate good-quality market information to distributors. Complete activity reporting on time and submit as directed. Record and report all activities in line with company policy. About You: Flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed to a career in sales. Self-starting, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable in a rapidly changing marketplace. A diplomat and advocate who can persuade and win over distributor partners, internal/external customers, and industry contacts.
