Person specification Education/Qualifications Registered Nurse (Child) Relevant specialist post basic education e.g. A&E Course, Leadership course/diploma preferably at degree level (HEI level 6) Adult/Paediatric Life Support provider (depending on post) Trauma Training Qualification Knowledge Demonstrates up to date knowledge and expertise in the speciality Knowledge of the key professional issues and NMC guidelines relating to professional practice.
