Back End Developer - Python/Go £600 - £800p/day Outside IR35 On-site 5 days/Active SC (DV eligible) We're seeking an experienced Back End Developer with strong Python & Go expertise to deliver secure, scalable services on a high-profile government cyber programme. Key Responsibilities Develop & maintain secure Back End services in Python & Go Design and optimise APIs (REST, WebSocket, GraphQL, gRPC) Build cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure (Functions, KeyVault, SQL) Containerize and orchestrate microservices with Docker & Kubernetes Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps & GitHub Actions Apply best practices for testing, security & monitoring Tech Stack Languages : Python, Go Frameworks : Flask, FastAPI, gRPC APIs : REST, GraphQL, WebSocket Databases : PostgreSQL, Redis Cloud : Microsoft Azure (Functions, KeyVault, DevOps) CI/CD : Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions Containers/Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Monitoring/Logging : Prometheus, Grafana Requirements Active SC Clearance (DV eligible) Strong Back End engineering background with Python & Go Cloud-native & DevOps experience Proven delivery in secure, high-assurance environments

Daily rate: £600, the role is expected to be outside IR35 Duration: Initially until the end May Location: Crawley; fully onsite Clearance: must hold active SC clearance The Role: Lead for hosting and security; ensures Cisco hardware installation aligns with the new Back End architecture. MANDATORY: Microsoft 365/Teams Expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) architecture and deployment Configuration of Teams Admin Centre (MTR profiles, OBTP, firmware, UI settings) Experience with Hybrid Exchange for meeting room resource accounts & calendar sync MANDATORY : Architecture & Delivery Leadership Lead hardware installation ensuring alignment with Back End M365/UC architecture Present technical designs to Architectural Review Boards (ARB) PREFFERED: Unified Communications/Cisco Familiarity with Cisco RoomOS and converting Cisco devices to native MTR mode, Cisco Room Kits, Bars, Navigators, Door Tablets Ability to use Cisco Control Hub for telemetry & hardware monitoring (light use) PREFERRED: Identity/Directory Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID for device and room identity in an MTO environment (excluding IA-specific conditional access work)

Methods is looking to hire a SC cleared Data Scientist in London. Daily rate: £400 to £450 outside IR35 Location: hybrid; 1day/w onsite in London Duration: 6 months with possible extension Clearance: must hold active SC clearance Requirements: Strong experience with Python and core libraries for data science (eg, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) Ability to manipulate and analyse large, complex datasets with attention to detail Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases. Familiarity with machine learning application. Familiarity of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Understanding of big data technologies, cloud storage, containerisation, and analytics engines. Clear, confident communicator who can explain analytics and influence commercial decisions
