OPERATIONS MANAGER An established organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will report to senior management and play a key role in driving operational excellence across core functions, including Production, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehousing. Key Responsibilities Lead site operations to consistently achieve targets in safety, quality, service, and productivity. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and manage a high-performing operations leadership team, with a focus on talent development and succession planning. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Logistics, Quality, Technical, Sales) to deliver product excellence and superior customer service. Oversee workforce planning, training, and skills development to ensure operational capability. Foster a positive workplace culture based on engagement, teamwork, and respect. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for direct reports. Contribute to strategic planning, including capital investment and new technology adoption. Ensure strong quality assurance and process reliability systems are maintained. Manage production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Monitor performance metrics, analyse variances, and implement corrective measures to achieve business objectives. Experience & Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related field. Proven track record of leadership in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Strong hands-on experience in operations and production management. Knowledge of both batch and continuous processing (e.g., cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals). Expertise in GMP, GLP, LEAN, Six Sigma, and quality systems (ISO, IATF). Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Production, Maintenance, Planning, and Logistics. Demonstrated success in improving safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance. Familiarity with lean methodologies (5S, continuous improvement) and regulatory compliance. Desirable: knowledge of extrusion, compounding, polymer processing, and pigment/masterbatch handling. Job Summary At Integra Education, we have proudly supported schools and local authorities across the UK for over 15 years. We specialise in providing tailored educational support to pupils who are currently disengaged from mainstream education due to a range of complex needs, including (but not limited to) SEN (Special Educational Needs), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance). The Role of a Tutor Provide one-to-one or small group tuition tailored to each student's individual needs. Develop and deliver engaging, creative lesson plans in line with the student's curriculum and learning objectives. Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods to maximise learning. Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that boosts student confidence and motivation. Record and report on student engagement and outcomes effectively. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in tutoring or teaching ( secondary level ). Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum. Experience working with children or young people, including those with SEN/SEMH needs - highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in delivering tuition in Maths, English, and/or Science (other subjects also welcome). Organised, flexible, and able to work independently. Requirements Relevant teaching or tutoring experience (a teaching qualification is desirable but not essential). Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply before starting). Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Online German-speaking tutor/companion to support a young learner in maintaining and practising their German language skills in a fun, engaging environment. The role involves playing Roblox online with the pupil and encouraging natural conversation in German throughout the sessions. Duties This is not a formal teaching role - the focus is on immersion, casual conversation, and helping the pupil to keep their German language active through interactive gameplay. Requirements Strong command of spoken German (native or near-native level). Familiarity with Roblox gameplay and ability to join sessions confidently.
