An established and growing Lloyd's broker is hiring for a Junior IBA Technician to strengthen it's London based IBA team.Reporting to the Head of IBA & Credit Control, the successful applicant will work closely with the wider IBA Team in a multi-currency and multi-entity control environment and responsible for the orderly processing and reconciliation of all IBA cash receipts and payments in the company non-statutory trust (NST) accounts.Key duties will include daily bank reports and cash postings (receipts and payments) to the correct ledgers, monitoring client and underwriter accounts (receivable and payable), assisting with checking, setting up and allocation of all NST payments, issuing remittance advice / reports to counter parties, weekly bank reconciliations for all NST accounts, supporting the team in the Month End process plus any ad hoc assignments and projects as required.Applicants will ideally have some previous IBA experience although full on the job training will be provided. What is essential is the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment always applying a high attention to detail, be highly numerate with accurate data inputting skills, and be able to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
