Location: North London - Hybrid Salary: up to 100k DoE We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our construction clients based in North London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be managing costs and value, ensuring quality and safety across a wide range of local commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities: Manage commercial resources across assigned projects to maximise profitability and achieve planned gross margins. Provide commercial support in areas including valuations, claims management, budget control, and performance reporting. Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Oversee and authorise project variations, subcontract agreements, and material orders. Requirements: Degree or HNC qualified in Quantity Surveying. Previous experience in a similar Quantity Surveying or commercial role within the construction industry, ideally working for a Main Contractor. Strong understanding of construction contracts and contractual processes.

Location: South West London Salary: 50k - 67k Clearance: SC (or eligible) Control Systems Engineer to work for a defence company in based in SW London. You will be designing and testing solutions for SCADA Systems and operating systems using RedHat Linux. These solutions are vital to meeting to needs of a range of defence industry clients. Requirements: Experienced in the use of High-Level Programming Languages within SCADA IDE environments such as VB, C#/C++. Hands on knowledge of RedHat Linux operating systems. Experience within Defence, Maritime, Aerospace, or a similarly regulated industry. Security Clearance: due to the nature the work, you MUST be a British Citizen without dual nationality.

Role: Aviation Safety Advisor Location: Teesside Salary: 60 - 65k We are seeking an experienced Aviation Safety Advisor to act as flight operations subject matter expert at the Teesside main operating base of an aviation business. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between the aviation safety team and operational delivery. Responsibilities Be the go-to flight operations subject matter expert for the Teesside operation. Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and the development of safety cases. Support AOC management of change activities and safety investigations. Represent the company at regional and airport safety forums. Contribute to safety review boards, safety action groups, occurrence review meetings, and daily risk assessment meetings. Requirements: Background in operational military or civil flying, or equivalent (e.g. ATC, FC, ABM). Proven experience in safety management systems and flight safety organisations. Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and risk management tools. Experience in safety training delivery and safety documentation development. Additional Info: Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. This role does not have direct reports but requires strong cross-functional collaboration. Role: Aircraft Maintenance Planner Salary: 42k Location: Bournemouth Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations. Carry out maintenance planning tasks only within the scope of approved regulatory certifications. Plan and manage maintenance schedules for: Aircraft airframes, components, role and mission equipment, engines, APUs, and propellers. Organise and participate in planning meetings. Schedule all types of maintenance, including: Regular checks, Out-of-phase tasks (e.g. Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, modifications, repairs). Work with Procurement & Supply Chain teams to forecast component needs (both scheduled and unscheduled). Requirements: Proven experience in CAMO maintenance planning. Strong understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance planning. EASA / CAA / Part 66 B1/B2 Aircraft Engineer License (or equivalent)
