The Role As Engineering Manager, you will: Set and deliver the site's engineering strategy in line with business objectives. Lead, inspire, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and reliability engineering practices. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and food safety standards. Oversee site utilities, compliance, and services management. Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align priorities. Build future capability, embedding new ways of working across Engineering and Operations. What We're Looking For 10+ years' engineering experience, with 5+ in senior leadership within FMCG or food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset care, and CI methodologies. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
