You will have overall responsibility for supervising, mentoring and training the junior accounting team, including the Management Accountant, and assisting with the setting, monitoring and formal review of performance and agreed KPIs. Strong experience working across complex, matrixed organisations with operations, procurement, and commercial teams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, variety in their day, and working as part of a close-knit team. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe, well-presented environment for both residents and visitors. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance tasks across the site in line with company policies and procedures. The role involves responding to maintenance issues, supporting site operations, and helping to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
