The Role You'll become the trusted day-to-day contact for a major Investment Banking client, ensuring exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to expand existing services. Working closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Architects and Marketing, you'll help shape client strategy, influence solutions, and ensure every engagement delivers real business value. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a strategic enterprise customer relationship. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation. Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and work alongside the New Business team on expansion opportunities. Support proposals, RFPs and contract renewals. Coordinate with Service Delivery and Technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Produce accurate account plans, forecasts and customer reviews. Stay up to date with the company's networking and infrastructure solutions to advise customers effectively. Spend approximately two days per week on-site with the client. What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Account Management within a Managed Service Provider, Networking, Infrastructure or Technology Services environment.
