The Training Provider Relationship Manager will play a vital role in leading and managing relationships with accredited training providers to support growth in qualifications, strengthen engagement and commercial growth. The role will focus on relationship management, commercial development, provider engagement and identifying opportunities to grow qualification uptake. Sales and Operations Administrator Location: Milton Keynes Job Description: Our client is seeking Sales and Operations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Sales and Operations Administrator will have excellent attention to detail, strong experience in managing data and liaising with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities: Processing new client proposals and gathering the right information. Submitting applications through lender portals and tracking their progress. Maintaining the CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure every lead, deal, and update is logged correctly. Making sure all paid-out cases remain compliant and all required documents are in place. Being first to respond to the shared sales inbox, forwarding enquiries to the right account manager. Liaising with lenders and internal team members to keep deals moving efficiently. The Digital Marketing Executive will creatively put the brand and digital presence at the heart of everything, shape campaigns and help grow the company. Responsibilities: Manage digital presence, including social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), website updates on WordPress, and basic on-page SEO. Plan, run, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive inbound leads and maximise ROI. Oversee CRM activity, capturing and routing leads, maintaining data segmentation, and running email marketing campaigns. Produce reports, monitor industry and competitor trends, and identify new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnerships. Support wider marketing initiatives such as events, expos, and content development in collaboration with management and within an allocated budget.
