Direct Delivery Consultant - Maintenance & Trades Job Title: Multi Trader Location: Crawley Pay Rate: £21.40 per hour (CIS) Contract Type: Temporary About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a temporary basis in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across residential properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a range of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting. Complete both responsive repairs and planned maintenance works. Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors. Accurately record work completed and report any additional issues. Requirements: Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance role. Strong skills in at least two core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling). Full UK driving licence (if required for travel between sites). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own tools preferred.
