The Role You will take responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring an exceptional standard of client care throughout. Key responsibilities include: Handling a broad range of residential property transactions , including complex and high-value matters Advising prospective clients, preparing matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation Drafting and reviewing legal documentation required to progress and complete matters efficiently Delivering a consistently high level of client service , with clear and professional communication Supporting marketing and business development initiatives to attract new instructions and strengthen introducer relationships Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and paralegals , delegating work appropriately to maximise team efficiency About You Qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Adviser specialising in Residential Conveyancing Strong technical expertise in residential property law, including complex transactions Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with excellent attention to detail Strategic approach to workload management, with confidence in delegation and collaboration Commercially aware, with a client-centred mindset and understanding of business priorities Demonstrable interest or experience in business development and relationship building What's on Offer?
