Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using industry diagnostic equipment and technical manuals Providing technical support directly to customers on-site Completing warranty and campaign repairs to the highest standard Identifying root causes and feeding valuable technical information back to the engineering team Estimating repairs and supporting the Parts & Service team Promoting service solutions and genuine parts where appropriate Working closely with Regional Service Managers and customer workshops Travelling between customer sites and occasionally attending factory training or supporting other locations when required PERSON SPECIFICATION: Field Service Engineer - Commercial Vehicle, Transportation We're looking for someone who enjoys getting hands-on, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
