Regional Facilities Coordinator Job Title: Regional Facilities Coordinator Location: Teesside Salary: £38,000 £45,000 + benefits Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We re seeking a Regional Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of hard & soft FM services across a busy multi-site portfolio in Teesside. Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you ll be the central point of contact for scheduling, compliance, supplier coordination and reporting, helping to keep sites safe, compliant and running efficiently. Commercial Gas Engineer Location: North West of England Salary: 45,000 - 48,000 + Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use) Requirements: Commercial Gas Tickets Our client is looking to build their team and is working on some great contracts around North West of England. You'll be joining a skilled and friendly team, trusted to work on a variety of commercial sites, ensuring heating systems run safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas systems. Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Complete necessary documentation and reports. Deliver high-quality work while maintaining health & safety protocols. About You: Fully qualified with up-to-date commercial gas certifications. Strong experience in commercial heating system maintenance. Able to work independently and solve problems on-site. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willing to undergo a DBS check and follow security protocols.

Experience: 5 years+ working within FM and the building services industries with a minimum of 1 year experience working in a construction environment. Experience working in critical environments in a technical Admin role. Experience working with risk mitigation documentation & systems. 3 years+ working within a data centre environment with a good understanding of the following process: SOP, MOP, EOP, OEM, S-MOP, CEP & SoS. Exposed to a variety of safe systems of work including but not limited to, Limitations of Access, Fire Systems Isolation requests, permit to work and associated high-risk permits such as Low-Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV), Electrical & Mechanical Isolations, working at height, hot works, mechanical, high pressure, excavations & confined spaces. Education: (Must have to be considered for this role) City & Guilds Level 3, BTEC, ONC or HNC level for Electrical/Mechanical engineering Computer literate, with good report writing skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Systems. High Voltage Industry training, course attendance and valid certification Institution of Occupational Safety and Health Managing Safely or National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health Certificate. City & Guilds in Business Administration.

Responsibilities Carry out scheduled electrical testing, inspection, and maintenance tasks, including emergency lighting, ECIR, PAT, motors, and lightning protection. Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with SLA, KPI, and competency requirements. Supervise specialist subcontractors, ensuring safe and compliant completion of works and reporting anomalies to site management. Maintain and repair equipment safely, providing input into the planned maintenance schedule. Requirements ECS Gold Card Installation Electrician with C&G 2391 (Testing & Inspection), 18th Edition, and AM2 qualifications. Proven experience in large-scale electrical testing and inspection, including single and 3-phase systems. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance practices within an industrial environment.
