Registered Manager Children s Residential Home Location: Doncaster (DN9) Salary: £52,000 + bonuses (OTE up to £62,200) We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to open and lead a brand-new children s residential home in the Doncaster (DN9) area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take full ownership of a new service and play a key role in delivering high-quality care for young people. About the Role: You will be responsible for registering the home with Ofsted, building your team from the ground up, and ensuring the home operates to the highest possible standards. The service will support up to 4 young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in a mixed-gender setting.
