The Role This is a varied and fast-paced role, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to two senior managers while reporting directly to one of the Directors. You'll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by managing priorities, coordinating communications, and supporting day-to-day operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide confidential executive and administrative support to senior management. Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations and meeting agendas. Take minutes and follow up on actions from meetings. Coordinate projects and assist with business planning. Liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders. Screen calls, emails and manage incoming enquiries. Maintain accurate records, filing systems and company documentation. Organise events, meetings and company visits. Assist with ad hoc business, administrative and operational projects as required. About You Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Highly professional with the ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Why Apply? Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Stock Conroller on a Temp to Perm basis for our client in Bedford. Job Purpose: To ensure the accurate management, recording, and control of all stock movements within the business. The Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining optimum inventory levels, preventing stock discrepancies, and supporting smooth warehouse and production operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate stock levels across all warehouse locations. Carry out regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full stocktakes. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly. Ensure all stock movements are correctly recorded on the inventory management system (ERP/WMS). Liaise with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure stock availability. Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock and report accordingly. Support the goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring correct documentation and labelling. Produce daily/weekly inventory reports and KPIs. Implement and improve stock control procedures and best practices. Maintain a clean and organised stock area in compliance with Health & Safety standards. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse administration. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good IT skills, particularly with stock control systems and Excel. Ability to analyse data and produce reports. Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and suppliers. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) desirable.

Ensure correct pack loading configuration. Ensuring all documentation is correctly filled in Complete the required number of quality checks as per instructions Any faults found should be rectified immediately. Ensure all products are labelled accurately with correct product code and number of pallets in line with Company standards and any specific special instruction by the customer Support Production Operators to maintain production on the machines to meet agreed standards of quality and output Support both the Warehouse and Production function on site, as required Ensure the products are stored in correct area and is processed efficiently on a daily basis Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy Maintain Hygiene and Quality Standards Maintain housekeeping standards to the highest standards at all times Be aware of day-to-day changes especially relative to the job which affects the efficiency Attend relevant training as instructed from the Shift Manager Work as a team with other members of staff to ensure efficient machine operation Ensure ongoing and continuous improvement within the department Adherence to all Company policies, procedure and work instructions as relevant.
