What You'll Do: Your role will be advisory and telephone-based. You ll engage with customers who have medical conditions (mainly diabetes) and help them secure the right life insurance policies. This means advising clearly on: Which policies best suit their specific circumstances. How much cover they need. How to set up their policies effectively. Supporting them throughout the entire process clearly and professionally. You'll receive full training to ensure you're fully equipped to advise customers clearly and confidently. Sales Support & Case Progression Executive Salary: £30,000 £35,000 Location: Hybrid minimum 3 days per week in-office An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Sales Support & Case Progression Executive to join a growing, family-run financial services business operating within the life insurance sector. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hybrid working and genuine long-term progression. This non-advisory, FCA-regulated administrative role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services, case handling, or regulated administration. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to advisers, progress applications efficiently, and ensure clients receive a smooth, professional service from application through to policy activation and beyond. Key Responsibilities You ll play a pivotal role in three key areas: 1. Sales Support & Compliance Administration Processing new life, critical illness, and income protection applications Updating CRM systems and internal records Supporting advisers with regulated post-sale admin tasks 2. Case Progression (Underwriting Pipeline Management) Chasing insurers, underwriters, and medical providers for updates Liaising with GPs for medical reports Keeping clients updated and moving cases forward without delay 3. This is a newly created, permanent position for a Digital Marketing Manager ready to take full ownership of paid media, SEO, AI-driven strategy, and performance-based lead generation. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be responsible for significantly increasing high-quality lead volume across paid channels, organic search, and emerging digital platforms. The business currently generates around 600 leads per month, primarily via paid social your role will be to maintain that volume, improve cost efficiency, and dramatically grow the share of leads from organic and owned media.
