Executive Assistant to CEO & CFO - City of London (Hybrid: up to 2 days WFH) We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO of a fast-paced, high-growth financial services organisation based in the City of London. This is a pivotal role requiring proven experience supporting senior executives within Private Equity, investment management, or similarly demanding environments within financial services. This position is suited to someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure, pace, and precision to senior leadership. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and CFO, ensuring their time, focus, and energy are aligned to the organisation's highest priorities. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Prioritisation Provide proactive, high-level EA support to the CEO and CFO, acting as a trusted extension of both roles Own and manage complex, constantly shifting diaries, applying rigorous prioritisation aligned to strategic and commercial objectives Act as gatekeeper, managing access, protecting focus time, and ensuring alignment to high-value activity Oversee and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses, follow-ups, and effective delegation Planning, Coordination & Governance Plan and coordinate executive meetings including Board, investor, leadership, and external engagements Prepare agendas, board papers, presentations, and briefing materials to a high standard Track actions and ensure follow-through on key decisions and commitments Anticipate priorities, deadlines, and risks, proactively addressing issues before they arise Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as a key liaison between the CEO/CFO and senior stakeholders including Board members, investors, and external partners Draft, edit, and format high-quality correspondence and presentations Ensure clear and effective information flow across the Executive Office and wider business Travel, Administration & Operations Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries with contingency planning Manage expenses accurately and in line with policy Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of document control Provide occasional personal support to the CEO where required Continuous Improvement & Productivity Act as a sounding board and problem-solver on day-to-day executive matters Continuously improve Executive Office processes and ways of working Leverage AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to enhance efficiency, planning, and output quality Key Requirements Proven experience supporting CEO and/or CFO-level executives within Private Equity, investment management, or a high-pressure financial services environment (essential) Strong track record operating at Board level with exposure to governance and investor interaction Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and rapid change Highly credible communicator, confident dealing with senior stakeholders Excellent written skills with meticulous attention to detail Discreet, professional, and experienced in handling highly confidential information Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) Strong working knowledge of AI tools (e.g. Copilot) and digital collaboration platforms About the Role This is a critical hire within a high-performing, people-focused organisation that values professionalism, pace, and collaboration. Private Live-In Chef - Hampshire (Liphook) ASAP Start £70K GPA Live-In Driver Essential International & Domestic Travel We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and adaptable Private Live-In Chef to join a warm and informal family in Liphook, Hampshire. This is a wonderful opportunity for a capable and confident chef with a private household or yacht background who thrives in a busy, ever changing environment.The family has enjoyed the support of a chef previously but are now looking for the right long term fit, someone with a positive, can do attitude, who is child and pet friendly, and who can work with flexibility and initiative. The Role Based at the family's main residence in Liphook, you will cook for the principals (2 adults + grandfather), extended family, and regular guests. Numbers range from 3-4 daily to up to 20 when entertaining, so the chef must remain calm under pressure and adaptable to changing requirements. The role is hands-on with a strong emphasis on homemade, high-quality food: breads, baking, sausage rolls, cold cuts, roasts, chutneys, as well as vibrant family style dishes and elegant dinners when entertaining. Menus will be varied and seasonal, drawing inspiration from Ottolenghi, Gold (Notting Hill), Asian, and Mexican influences, alongside classic British staples. The family particularly values chefs who show initiative, can create menus around what is available and who will utilise the kitchen garden to its full potential. Responsibilities Planning and preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner (flexible schedule depending on guests in residence). Preparing children's meals (ages 3, 4, 7) - healthy, varied, and child friendly. Weekly menu planning, provisioning, and stock rotation. Maintaining exceptional kitchen hygiene and organisation across both the family kitchen and the chef's kitchen. Ensuring food is well prepared in advance for days off (freezer/fridge stocked as required). Flexibility to cater for events, parties (e.g. birthdays), holidays, and large gatherings. Travel & work over holidays with the family, particularly to Cannes in July & August, as well as for Christmas, Easter, New Year, and other occasions. Schedule & Structure 5 days on / 2 days off (Usually Tues & Wed off) All family holidays, celebrations, and peak seasons are worked, with time off in lieu provided. Accommodation & Package A flat isprovided on the estate, separate from the main house (1-bedroom, furnished, well behaved pets considered). Salary: £70,000+ GPA (depending on experience). Car provided for work purposes. International and domestic travel required. The Family & Household Informal, welcoming household with 2 principals, grandfather, children & grandchildren, and extended family. Support team includes a live in couple, 2 housekeepers an estate grounds team. No staff meals required. Candidate Requirements Proven private/yacht chef background with checkable written references. Strong organisation, initiative, and flexibility, able to adapt from intimate meals to large scale entertaining. Must be child friendly and happy to involve the children with occasional baking and kitchen activities on occasion. Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety. DBS Enhanced Check.
