Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage industrial refurbishment projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Work independently on-site, managing a team of 10-30 people depending on the project size. Take responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, including safety, quality control, and client liaison. Manage project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers. Liaise with senior management to ensure project success and resolve any issues. Use Microsoft software for project tracking and reporting.
