Seeking a Quality Administrator to be based on-site supporting a customer programme in Wolverhampton, working full-time, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will assist with key reporting activities, support the RCCA process, contribute to inspection planning, and provide essential administrative support to ensure accurate and timely information flow across the quality function. Contract role - Duration: 3 months Location: Prestwick Pay rate: 28 p/h 37 hours p/w Job Overview Develops and implements configuration management systems, processes and procedures designed to provide technical direction and administrative control over the documentation and data management throughout the project lifecycle. Ensures the identification and traceability of product configurations, physical and functional, through all phases of each product's life cycle. Provides oversight on the change management system to assure the capture of any modifications to product requirements & designs, and that all changes are properly documented and the status is topical. Serves as the company facilitator and trainer in the implementation of new systems/processes and enabling tools for configuration control/change management, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits. The role will be accountable for the management and development of accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) maintained within the Enterprise Resource Planning System.
