Job Title: Head of Customer Supply Chain Location: Gillingham, Dorset - Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days from home) Salary: Competitive What you will be doing as Head of Customer Supply Chain: As Head of Customer Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end customer supply strategy, ensuring inventory availability supports channel growth and meets customer needs across retail, DTC, and B2B channels. You'll act as a strategic partner to commercial and supply chain teams, using data insights to anticipate trends, optimise stock, and deliver exceptional service. You'll also lead and develop a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure supply strategies are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities for the position of Head of Customer Supply Chain: Lead end-to-end customer supply operations across all channels, ensuring best-in-class service and alignment with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and commercial partners to anticipate and proactively address supply needs. Own inventory planning, forecasting, and availability strategies to support growth across retail, DTC, and B2B channels, collaborating with supply chain and logistics teams to optimise stock levels and timely replenishment.
