The role in a nutshell : The role is a mix of Strategy (network planning), Relationship management (dealer partners), Performance management and Business development (franchise expansion) DUTIES You will work across all teams, especially the Quality and Performance teams Build the dealer network and implement the expansion strategy Decide where new dealerships should open & which partners to appoint Recruit and manage franchise dealer partners Identify and select investors / dealer groups Run recruitment processes Support dealership onboarding Drive dealer performance and ensure that dealers hit their sales targets, aftersales performance and customer experience standards Exercise stringent control over dealer standards, meticulously managing review processes (including scorecards, retailer improvement programmes and sales escalations) and overseeing the appointment and termination process Create and manage business plans & branding Assist in Dealer Launch events, providing training support Roll out the corporate image program . We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a proactive HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing practical HR support, building strong relationships with managers and employees, and playing a key role across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities for a HR Advisor Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees. Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contracts and HR records. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to issuing offers. Handle employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters. Coordinate inductions, probation reviews and employee development activities. Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Produce HR reports, maintain accurate people data and support HR projects. Build strong relationships across the business and promote HR best practice while supporting the wider leadership team.
