Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting: We are looking for a Project Manager for a permanent position for our client in Barnsley Immediate start available (Subject to interview process) Salary is 40,000 to 45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Requirements Extensive experience managing custom metal fabrication or job shop engineering projects Ability to create, interpret, review, and approve detailed fabrication drawings, Advanced proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar) Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including cutting (laser, plasma, waterjet), forming, machining, welding, and finishing Experience leading projects from RFQ and estimating support through production, QA, and delivery Ability to translate customer requirements into manufacturable designs and clear shop documentation Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerancing, and material specifications Knowledge of welding standards and fabrication codes (e.g. AWS, ASME, ISO, or equivalent) Experience coordinating with production managers, weld supervisors, machinists, and external suppliers Ability to identify design-for-manufacturability improvements to reduce cost, lead time, and rework Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and job tracking in a job shop environment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor In the first instance, send CV's to (url removed) or call the team on (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering. Location: South East (service coverage across the region) Salary: 40,000 per year (OTE 70-80k) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Field Diesel Generator Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining diesel generators up to 1260 kVA on customer sites across the South East. We're looking for an experienced Duct Fitter to start ASAP in Knightsbridge, London. DETAILS: 7am - 3pm. Monday to Friday. 4 weeks. 28 p/h. SCOPE OF WORKS: Spiral & rectangle ducts for air con units in shop fit out. REQUIREMENTS: Blue Skilled Workers Card / JIB Card.
