Role Profile • To ensure that ALL gas work is carried in accordance with The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 as amended and in line with the requirements of Riverside Property Services's Procedures and Policies. • To carry out gas repair work as per works orders and in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure commercial requirements for the number of visits, quality and workmanship, service user satisfaction and costs are met. • To provide a comprehensive gas maintenance and installation service within domestic premises, the work must be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations, standards and departmental procedures. The difference you will make as Project Manager As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary highly skilled team to deliver a specific set of products or services via the Riverside Transformation Portfolio.You'll be adept at delivering complex projects, using various methodologies (waterfall/agile), breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level, whilst getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.As Project Manager, you will work closely with other Business Transformation (BT) colleagues, as well as peers across the CIO directorate and wider business to ensure scope, finances and timescales are met, as well as risks and issues appropriately managed. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience are essential for this role, as you will be required to work with our single governance model and support our wider BT team and CIO directorate manage expectations in a controlled and assured manner. About you We are looking for someone with:• Experience of delivering change within a complex, multi-site organisation• Experience of delivering projects using a range of methodologies / approaches such as SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, waterfall (PRINCE / MSP) or other Agile methodologies• An understanding of Agile principles • Experience of workflow tools to manage projects including Monday, Jira, Planner, O365 etc• Strong programme and project management skills in planning, resourcing and budgeting • Experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team in the successful completion of change• Understanding of risk management• Experience of business case production • Effective stakeholder management, including the ability to successfully negotiate, persuade and influence Why Riverside?
