We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected law firm who are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Corporate transactional team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, supportive environment while contributing to a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, governance, reorganisations, and restructures. In this fast-paced and client-focused role, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to senior fee earners.
