The Role As a Trainee Recruiter / Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you'll learn the full 360 recruitment process, including: Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients Interviewing and assessing candidates over the phone Writing compelling job adverts and shortlisting applications Marketing top candidates to employers Building lasting business relationships Achieving (and smashing!) your sales targets You'll even be given a warm client base to get you started - so you can hit the ground running. What We're Looking For Attitude is everything. You're positive, proactive, and eager to learn. A background in sales (B2B or B2C) or high-volume customer service is essential. You're motivated by success - and ready to put in the work to achieve it.
