Head of Fundraising & Partnerships Salary: £51,780 per annum Location: SIA House, Oldbrook, Milton Keynes MK6 (Some hybrid working possible) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week About Us The Spinal Injuries Association is committed to a singular vision: a fulfilled life for everyone affected by spinal cord injury. About the Role We re seeking a dynamic leader to drive the financial growth of the organisation by expanding, diversifying and strengthening the sustainability of our voluntary income, in line with our Strategy 2030 and beyond. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of fundraising experts covering all disciplines including individual giving, major donors, legacies, challenge events, community fundraising, special events, trusts and corporate relationships. The role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement, including direct management of key supporter relationships as well as representing the charity at high-level meetings and external events. SIA has doubled its income over the past six years and we have ambitious plans to build on successful fundraising initiatives, as well as develop new ones. Role responsibilities: Raising Funds. Strategic Planning and Design. Capacity Building. Innovating. Leading. Collaborating. Managing Risk. Relationship Building and Networking. This is a pivotal role within SIA s senior leadership team , driving the next big step change in our voluntary income, whilst also contributing to planning, budgeting, risk management and strategic decision making on charity-wide priorities.
