The home is a very manageable size and provides first class care for self funding residents. Responsibilities include: Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring efficient management, strong leadership, and achievement of occupancy, financial, and quality targets. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring clinical excellence, safeguarding, and compliance with all relevant health and social care standards. Requirements Nurse Qualified with Current NMC Pin Experience within a similar managerial role Responsibilities The Nurse Coordinator is a key role within this live-in nursing agency, responsible for managing all aspects of client placements, nurse coordination and clinical quality assurance. You will work closely with your colleagues the Registered Manager and Care Advisory Team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of personalised nursing care in clients' homes, ensuring safety, continuity, and a consistently high standard of service. The core focus of the nursing team is to provide the highest quality nursing care to those who wish to receive healthcare in the comfort of their own home instead of receiving this care in a hospital or community setting.
