This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established elderly care provider at their care home in the Barnet area, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care within a residential setting. With a strong operational structure and supportive senior management team in place, this role offers genuine long-term development and the opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing success and clinical oversight of the service. Requirements: Current NMC registration. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Minimum of two years' experience within a similar care home environment. Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and clinical compliance standards. Good working knowledge of IT systems and electronic care planning platforms. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external healthcare professionals. Experience supporting team development and driving quality improvements within a care setting. Responsibilities: Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and overall clinical performance. Monitoring resident wellbeing, ensuring care plans are accurate and reflective of individual needs. Overseeing staff rotas to ensure safe staffing levels and continuity of care. Acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and visiting professionals. Ensuring care delivery remains fully compliant with legislation, CQC standards, and best practice guidelines. Delivering supervision, appraisals, and ongoing support to clinical and care teams, contributing to continuous improvement and service development. Monitoring clinical supplies and ensuring appropriate stock control procedures are maintained. Remuneration and Benefits: £55,000 per annum. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Permanent position.
