This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll work closely with the management to provide the business with insightful dashboards, visualisations and reports. Day to Day: Working within the business administration team and finance in a varied role Spot trends, finding ways to make things work better and be more profitable Ask questions, challenge how things are done, and help us keep moving forward. Help fine-tune our commercial tools and ways of working so we're always improving turn data into eye catching pictures and presentations Keep an eye on how projects are performing - spotting both what's working well and where we can do better Dive into the numbers behind manufacturing numbers, sales outputs, cashflow and profits, helping us make smarter, faster decisions Work closely with the Leadership Team on everything from day-to-day tasks to bigger-picture projects Support the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) Track key performance indicators and recommend actions to improve profitability Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyse business performance, spot trends, and deliver clear variance explanations. Design and maintain structured databases to support the efficient storage and retrieval of information. Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate effectively Produce high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management. Support supplementary board reporting, management meetings, and ad-hoc projects Partner with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data ensuring clarity and relevance to the commercial objectives. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all financial data. You will need: Minimum Level 3 qualifications, accounts and business administration preferred Strong communication and presentation ability, able to simplify complex data. To be detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to thrive under deadlines. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with MRP/ERP and Power BI tools is preferred but not essential Excel and financial modelling skills.

Key duties include; To carry out the electrical assembly of parts, sub- assemblies and products in line with the requirements of engineering drawings. To prepare products for testing, including powering up products and carrying out pre- test safety checks. Undertake electrical panel wiring and control system assembly in accordance with engineering drawings and wiring schedules Carry out mechanical assembly, sub-assemblies and complete units where required Support production builds to ensure products are completed on time, to specification, and to quality standards To follow Company Quality Control procedures i.e. ISO(Apply online only) To test products in line with Company procedures To maintain production in line with the production plan and instructions from the departmental supervisor/planner to ensure that other production departments are supplied with products and parts to maintain their own plan. To carry out, where appropriate, repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment Occasional site work To be considered for this position the successful candidate must have; Proven experience in electrical testing and fault-finding of electromechanical equipment Electrical panel wiring and control system experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance requirements Experience working within a structured production or test environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of attention to detail Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills 18th/19th Edition Absolutely an advantage! The Job Designing and developing aircraft soft furnishings for the civil and military aviation industry. Generating production drawings for components and assemblies, using written specifications. Working closely with the Office to maintain compliance with appropriate regulations. Processing drawing change requests in accordance with our change management procedure. Reverse engineering components for product improvement or changes using 2D metrology equipment. Overseeing work through the business workflow and into full-scale production Supporting and working closely with other departments of the business and suppliers where required. Attending internal and customer-facing meetings as and when required About you Degree-level qualification, or equivalent experience, in engineering field. Can use Aprotec DMS vaulting system. Can use in-house digitising equipment and associated software to reverse engineer patterns. Can find solutions to complex technical problems relating to components. Can support design work with calculations and theory where needed.
