Lead Risk Manager for a major offshore wind farm in The UK Responsibilities: Main focal point for all Risk-related queries. Development and maintenance of the project risk register through the project Risk Management tool. Input into analysis of contract pricing and potential deviations from base contract scopes. Analysing programmes and progress data, including daily and weekly progress reports and continuous improving forecasting. Input into risk analysis for project economic model through QCRA and QSRA modelling. Providing Schedule risk analysis of "what-if" scenarios as required. Supporting interface and change management recording as requested. Requirements: You will have experience working in complex projects, alongside a knowledge of implementing and utilising project management software. You will bring a thorough understanding and practical hands-on experience with Excel, Primavera P6, and project risk management software packages, as well as relevant experience in communicating risk analysis with key stakeholders and developing KPIs. Project management experience within the offshore wind industry is strongly preferred. Transmission CDM Principal Design Resource required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Scotland. Large construction site that has multiple separate CDM projects. The projects are involved in the construction of a very large Transmission Substation comprising OHL, HVDC converter stations, and AC transmission infrastructure. There is the requirement for an experienced Principal Designer to be the Principal Designer for one of the projects on the site and a converter station on one of our sister sites. The experienced resource will also provide a point of interface for all the Principal Designers associated with the projects. This will involve regular interactions with the Principal Designers, ensuring sufficient information is being exchanged. Asset Inventory Engineer for a major Offshore Wind Project in Denmark Responsibilities Support Clients Asset Inventory Programme across LV, AUX, SCS, and WTG systems by conducting both field-based asset surveys and desk-based inventory reconciliation activities. Create asset inventories from scratch/validate and improve existing inventories for LV and AUX systems, SCS and WTG systems. Conduct onshore and offshore site surveys, including substations and wind turbines, with proper PPE and in line with GWO and site safety requirements. Identify, document, and verify OT assets, including PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, servers, switches, firewalls, protection relays, IEDs, and communication equipment. Support the collection and maintenance of asset inventory information across OT environments, ensuring that equipment, software, system configurations, locations, and interdependencies are accurately documented and aligned with organizational requirements. Reconcile inventory records against Asset Management tool, engineering documentation, drawings, and existing asset registers. Experience 5+ years of experience in OT, SCADA, Industrial Automation, or Control Systems. Experience performing asset inventory, asset verification, or configuration management activities. Able to understand engineering drawings, network architecture, and asset hierarchies. Experience with asset management systems and asset data reconciliation. HSSE Technical Coordinator required for a Major Offshore Wind developer in the UK. Responsibilities: Provide technical and administrative support to the HSSE function. Develop, format and maintain HSSE procedures, plans, forms, templates and guidance documents. Support the development and maintenance of HSSE assurance questionnaires, verification tools and audit documentation. Maintain the HSSE Management System documentation and document registers. Coordinate and track contractor HSSE documentation, including RAMS, competency records, training records, insurance certificates, appointments and mobilisation information. Maintain HSSE registers, trackers and databases, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Support mobilisation and readiness activities by coordinating required HSSE documentation and evidence. Produce weekly and monthly HSSE reports, dashboards and performance information. Responsibilities Take ownership in supervising contractor's activities, to ensure contractors are compliant with the HSE, Quality, Contractual and Employer's requirements. Participate on relevant Construction and Commissioning meetings internally and externally. Coordination of Energization, Testing and Commissioning activities and interfaces with packages, related contractors, TSO and various team members. Ensures the strategy for and the extent of quality control activities for the project fabrication delivery, in accordance with the Project Management Plan (PMP) and its underlying quality plans (PQMP and QPs) Advise, assist and follow up on the fabrication project team members in relation to quality management matters and implementation of the quality system as defined in the sub-QP. Advise, assist, and follow up on the design and fabrication project team members in relation to quality management matters and implementation of the quality system as defined in the PQMP/QAP/QAS. Advise and support the fabrication contractors and sub-suppliers in relation to quality management matters and implementation of the quality system. Ensure that the pre-fabrication and As-built documentation is delivered and received according to contract. Communication and coordination of operational quality initiatives and interfaces across the organization. Responsible for follow-up on Contractor NCR and TQs handling within the Execution Scope.
