The Role Support and maintain SHEQ policies and procedures across renewable energy projects, including BESS installations. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and ensure compliance with H&S and environmental regulations. Deliver SHEQ training and toolbox talks. Assist with accident/incident investigations and corrective actions. Ensure adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001. Monitor environmental and sustainability initiatives. Office Manager for a major Offshore Wind Project based in United Kingdom Responsibilities Lead and manage all the external interfaces for the office (e.g., building contractors, IT provider, Security provider, Landlord, Cleaning company, Facilities Provider, Utilities companies etc.). Manage the lease and office contracts to ensure compliance with the office budget and contract obligations. Manage all relevant invoice approvals. Ensure that the office budget tracker is kept up to date and accurate. Lead on ensuring the office is compliant with the relevant legislations and regulations (e.g., HSE, fire etc.). Knowledge of site and procedures. Manage new joiners process and support onboarding/ deboarding: include new joiners to, mailing distribution lists, delete leavers from mailing distribution lists, consult with IT for SharePoint access, add new joiner in org chart/ delete leaver from org chart/ maintain org chart, local induction Responsibility for managing access control and associated procedures to ensure that only those persons who are authorised are afforded access to the building and/or office space. Project Planner for a major Offshore Wind Project based in the Netherlands Responsibilities Responsible for the setup and development of tender and project schedules. Establish overall schedule and accompanying deliverables with buy-in from internal organization and other stakeholders. Gather information from project team. Set-up and management of the overall planning process within a tender or project, in line with stakeholder requirements. Independent and on-time answering of planning-related questions and issues, where possible providing solutions or required information. Contribute to the process of continuous improvement by signaling relevant industry developments and proactively guiding junior planning engineers. Continuously striving for value optimization by processing and analysing project data. Take a proactive role and attitude toward the identification of interfaces, opportunities, and potential risks within the project. Providing stakeholders with regular progress updates. Contribute to the probabilistic schedule analysis and supporting the risk management process where possible. Site Manager required for a Major Offshore Wind developer in Italy. Responsibilities: Serve as the main interface to the Customer on all contractual matters and maintain good relationships with local authorities and organizations. Manage manpower requirements on site and drive site activities to achieve contractual milestones and targets. Ensure all personnel on site are well informed about the Scope of Work (SoW) and Division of Work (DoW). Manage change management on site, including variation orders to subcontractors. Guarantee that all tests are performed and accepted by the customer according to contractual conditions. Foster a culture of proper understanding and adherence by all site personnel to Health, Environment, and Safety requirements of the business, Customer, and local authorities. Ensure all activities are done with the expected quality and that all quality records are created and properly archived. Ensure all permits, licenses, and requirements are in place for compliant execution of site activities. Ensure structured, up-to-date, and reliable documentation handling on site and towards Headquarters. Guarantee that all activities are performed within defined contractual schedules and milestones; understand the project budget and ensure costs for site activities are maintained within budget. Ensure contractual obligations are met and to the satisfaction of customers. Assignments may include Site Manager roles in medium to large EPC converter station projects, complex Consortium projects, or as Deputy Site Manager in large EPC converter station projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering. Minimum 6 years' experience working as a Site Manager on complex construction sites in the energy sector or similar industries, particularly in medium and large size projects. Experience in HVDC or High Voltage industrial construction projects is a plus Fluent in English and Italian, written and oral. Sound commercial awareness, contracts management experience, and business acumen. Experience in Civil Works, Installation, and/or Commissioning. Relevant and certified knowledge and experience in the field of HSE. Power System Engineer for a major Offshore Wind Project based in England. Responsibilities Create and validate EMT and RMS models for relevant assets (e.g., WTG, PPC, STATCOM, as applicable). Plan and execute design and Grid Code compliance studies, small disturbances and fault scenarios. Draft clear, audit-ready technical documentation for internal review and external compliance; contribute to grid-connection workstreams. Interface with OEMs on model provisioning, validation, and parameterization. Summarize findings, recommend mitigations, and ensure quality in line with the clients standards across multiple projects. Requirements Degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering (BEng/MSc/PhD) or equivalent. At least 5 years' hands-on experience with PSCAD for EMT studies, including applicable add-ons and analysis modules, plus required experience with DIgSILENT PowerFactory covering steady-state and RMS analyses. OT Security Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Poland. Responsibilities You will perform technical documentation review and OT Security Factory and Site Acceptance Tests. You will ensure compliance with the local requirements. You will be working across a range of packages to help ensure their compliance. You will be responsible for the delivery of our internal IT services You will participate in project team meetings and cross-disciplinary co-operation. Requirements Must have practical experience with NERC-CIP, IEC 62443, and possibly ISO 27k series of standards. Must have experience with security testing in LV and SCADA/OT Control systems and Communication/IT systems. Must have experience with network concepts and technologies, in particular segmentation. Must be good at collaborating with a range of stakeholders. Must have project management experience. .

WTG Commissioning Engineer / Supervisor 66kV required for a Major Offshore Wind Farm Developer to be based in Denmark. Responsibilities Take ownership in supervising contractor's activities, to ensure contractors are compliant with the HSE, Quality, Contractual and Employer's requirements. Participate on relevant Construction and Commissioning meetings internally and externally. Coordination of Energization, Testing and Commissioning activities and interfaces with packages, related contractors, TSO and various team members. Participate and supervise on Commissioning and Quality activities including; Installation works, Site Acceptance Tests, Quality inspections and checks. Technical Quality Engineer Lead a major offshore wind developer based in Denmark. Responsibilities. Ensures the strategy for and the extent of quality control activities for the project fabrication delivery, in accordance with the Project Management Plan (PMP) and its underlying quality plans (PQMP and QPs) Advise, assist and follow up on the fabrication project team members in relation to quality management matters and implementation of the quality system as defined in the sub-QP. Advise, assist, and follow up on the design and fabrication project team members in relation to quality management matters and implementation of the quality system as defined in the PQMP/QAP/QAS. Advise and support the fabrication contractors and sub-suppliers in relation to quality management matters and implementation of the quality system. Ensure that the pre-fabrication and As-built documentation is delivered and received according to contract. Communication and coordination of operational quality initiatives and interfaces across the organization. Responsible for follow-up on Contractor NCR and TQs handling within the Execution Scope. Requirements Relevant education or practical experience within fabrication of steel components, preferably within the wind industry, and have completed relevant quality courses and programmes (e.g., ISO9000, APQP), Highly experienced in quality management and have extensive insight into project processes, preferably from a similar position, Outgoing, possess strong communication abilities, and excel in working with various partners in international settings to be able to work closely with colleagues, internal and external partners, and our contractors.
