Ensuring effective management of the working capital within the JVs. Lead on the Quarterly Due Diligence process. Key point of contact for shareholder accounting teams for queries and ad-hoc requests. Review the current processes and identifying weaknesses as well as implementing improvements both in terms of the finance process and in the P2P process. Preparing technical accounting papers for accounting transactions and ensuring they are reflected accurately within the financial statements. Ensuring the Accounting Policy Manual is up to date for all applicable changes within IFRS. Responsible for year-end trial balance for OSP to produce Statutory Financial Statements. Review the Statutory Financial Statements prepared by OSP prior to submission to auditors. Responsible for the preparation of year-end pack for auditors and managing external audit activities. Manage day-to-day banking activities for the assigned JV.
