This Cambridge based organisation runs international residential summer study programs for students aged 14-18. As Welfare Director, you will play a key leadership role within the senior team, overseeing the welfare, pastoral care, and wellbeing of students throughout the summer programs. You will work closely with the Program Director, other senior staff, supervisors and external partners such as parents and medical professionals to ensure students feel safe, supported, and well cared for at all times. Program Dates - Summer 2026 (Cambridge residency required): Friday 3rd July - Saturday 18th July 2026 Friday 17th July - Saturday 1st August 2026 Friday 24th July - Saturday 8th August 2026 Friday 31st July - Saturday 15th August 2026 Note: Compulsory Induction Training is included during the first Friday and Saturday of your program.
