Salary: £31,382.62 - £33,918.98 per annum pro rata (from 1st April 2026) Location: Flexible/Hybrid Offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh & Wishaw Job type: Fixed term for 6 months / Part time 17.5 hrs per week, 2.5 days Job Ref: ID09 Closing Date: Friday 3rd April 2026 LINK Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Team Specialist to join our Reactive Maintenance team on a temporary part-time contract until 31st October 2026. This role offers the benefits of hybrid working and can be based from the Edinburgh head office, Glasgow office, or Wishaw office. The successful candidate will be required to work from the Edinburgh office a minimum of 1 day per week. What we re looking for in our Repairs Team Specialist: Could you be the voice of Trust, on the phone and online, to our customers providing reassurance and solutions to their queries and requests by delivering an outstanding customer experience across a range of services? Are you able to deliver an exceptional customer experience and finding solutions by using your knowledge, operational expertise, and enthusiasm?
